Exhibit Setup

Exhibit Location - For the actual booth layout, see the exhibit floor plan. Exhibits are indoors.

Technology - The hotel AV department can offer basic rentals services or refer you for other equipment.

Catering - On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, CatCracking.com will host the open bar and hors d'oeuvres.

Booths - Exhibit space is 3 meters x 3 meters. We provide a table with drape, a chair and electricity.

Electrical/Phone/Internet - Power is included. For additional power, you must arrange with the hotel. Internet must also be arranged with the hotel.

Setup - Setup information will be available November 9th at 17:00

Take down - November 11 15:30.  There is a $500 USD early take down fee for any exhibitor who takes down before the designated time.

Schedule - The Exhibits opens at 7:30 Tuesday.  Check the Exhibit and Presentation schedules for a list of events and additional times.

Remember, we need your:

- High quality logo for advertising
- Signature on the planner
- Certificate of insurance
- Description of your exhibit for the web, the binder, and for promotions

Shipping -

GlobeX Logistics has been designated as the appointed freight forwarder / customs broker for shipments to our event in Bahrain. They can effectively handle shipments from your door to your booth including all customs clearance assistance. Please direct all of your shipping inquiries to them.

Please contact GlobeX Logistics for assistance with customs clearance and delivery of your booth. All shipments should be directed to the GlobeX warehouse prior to the event as follows:
